Natural cleaning， or basically， cleaning effectively without chemicals has been a big thing of mine for ages because the majority of commercial cleaning products give off fumes that would make me very ill and trigger migraines and vomiting。 I also really loathe that thought of all those chemicals that would make me that sick， ending up in the water system。 I love a clean house， but I wasn't quite sure where to start in terms of making sure that what seemed like easy methods were actually effecti Natural cleaning， or basically， cleaning effectively without chemicals has been a big thing of mine for ages because the majority of commercial cleaning products give off fumes that would make me very ill and trigger migraines and vomiting。 I also really loathe that thought of all those chemicals that would make me that sick， ending up in the water system。 I love a clean house， but I wasn't quite sure where to start in terms of making sure that what seemed like easy methods were actually effective。 I've now been doing many of Nancy's cleaning methods for over a year and I was so excited to hear she found a publisher for this and could not wait to get a copy。 This has everything she's gone over on her IG account and even more， well laid out by cleaning job/area of the house， with an excellent index and even a notes section that can be filled in at the back。 （It's already proved extremely handy as I'd rather browse the book than look for a screenshot on my phone。） I can say 100% that her methods work， and I absolutely did not get a free copy for a review， I bought my own。 The All-Purpose Cleaner recipe really does clean nearly everything， really well， and with no scent other than the faintest whiff of vinegar and whatever essential oil you choose to use。 I also managed to clean a decade's worth of cooking stains off one of my cast iron pots with hardly any effort， where all previous methods had failed。 I'm happy that we've switched our household over to this kind of green cleaning， as we've also added a new pet to the family， it is peace of mind knowing that when she walks across freshly cleaned floors and cleans her paws， she won't slowly get sick， like my previous pets。 Now， if all that doesn't sell you on this？ It's CHEAP。 So much cheaper than store-bought cleaners， and it decreases the plastic waste in your house by quite a bit。My only complaint is with the book's binding which is on the publisher and not the author: the size itself is fine， but the binding is rather too tight and I would really love to see this warrant a reprint in a sturdier flat-lay format for very easy reference- it's not easy to hold it open/flat to look at measurements while mixing a cleaning solution。 。。。more
